Q. Will I need to go through a contract negotiation for just a few packages?
A. At the time of purchase you simply agree to our terms and conditions made available to you during the check-out process as with other online purchases you make.

A. Yes, we use Shopify to ensure a secure shopping experience for our customers. Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. As for your employees' information, you can rest assured that your private and sensitive data is secure. Our SOC 2 Type II compliance certification verifies that we maintain the highest level of confidentiality, security and availability possible to protect our customers and program participants.
Q. How quickly can employees start a coaching program?
A. Once you purchase packages and upload your employees’ information to our secure system, they will have immediate access to our career development platform and the ability to schedule calls with their coach on the platform.
Q. What kind of training and qualifications do your coaches have?
A. Our career coaches have an average of 12 years of experience in HR and/or recruiting and eight years of experience in career coaching. We deliver proprietary, International Coach Federation (ICF)–certified training and professional development programs to all our coaches regularly. In addition, our coaches hold outside certifications from over 42 different certifying bodies, including CPCC, ACC/PCC/MCC, SHRM, HCRL and more.
